Property by Sal is run by Salih, who is responsible for how your personal information is used.

When you register for our free masterclass, we collect your first name, email address, phone number and Instagram username. We also receive any information you choose to share when contacting us.

When you arrive from one of our campaign links, we record the campaign and source labels contained in that link, such as which post or story it came from. These are labels about the link, not personal information taken from the web address, and they are stored alongside your registration so we know which campaign it came from.

The labels are held in your browser tab's session storage so they survive the sign-up popup, and they are cleared when you close the tab.

Dub, our short-link provider, gives us aggregate click counts for those links. No registrant details are shared with Dub.

We use your details to confirm your registration, manage attendance and answer your questions.

The Zoom joining link, reminders, schedule changes and other event updates are shared in our WhatsApp group.

We rely on our legitimate interests in organising and delivering the class you requested. Registering does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.

Registration details are stored in a private Lovable Cloud database used by this website, and copied to a private Google Sheet owned by Salih. Salih and authorised team members helping organise the event can access them where needed.

We use service providers to operate the website, store registrations, communicate with attendees and host the class, including Google and Zoom. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Please join the WhatsApp group after registering. All event updates, reminders, schedule changes and the Zoom joining link will be shared there.

Your phone number and messages will be visible to other group members. Your profile information may also be visible, depending on your WhatsApp settings.

We keep registration details for as long as needed to deliver the class, complete related follow-up and resolve enquiries. We delete information when it is no longer needed.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or restrict how it is used.

You can also object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.
